2. Commercial register

There is no entry in the commercial register. Breeze Reinigungsservice is an unregistered sole proprietorship of the owner Ms Meltem Gürhan. There is no commercial-register number, register court or VAT identification number.

3. VAT / small-business status

The owner is a small-business operator under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). Invoices are issued without VAT and no VAT is charged. A VAT identification number under Section 27a UStG is therefore not issued and is not required.

4. Business activity

Commercial cleaning services, in particular office cleaning, maintenance cleaning, glass and window cleaning, and building cleaning in Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. This is not a regulated profession. There is no chamber membership, no legally prescribed professional title and no state professional supervision.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (Section 7 (1) DDG). Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement.
